8th week

hello boys and girls!

so whats up? things are going well this week. my new area is spectacular! i love the new apartment im in and the other two elders I'm serving with. we play with this miniature basket ball hoop in our living room every night. it gets competitive and intense. like yesterday we broke the light and the clock. but that's the first time we broke something. so we got a brand new Chevy silverado 2011! because our other car got sold. its so nice like leather seats, bluetooth, reverse cam, all kinds of good stuff. its fun to drive and we are livin large. but dont worry it wont go to my head. i bought a watch with some extra money that i had but i used it on my card because i didnt have enough. people give us money all the time for food and stuff. well elder Curtis is from Logan ut so not to far from home. he is a twin but his twin isnt serving a mission. and he has a big family. because everyone in his family has a twin. like 3 set of twins. (crazy) we are getting along just fine. he makes fun of my lips but i don't mind because all the girls are going to want them when i get back. wink. but compared to my last comp he is an angle. speaking of angels every one has an angle on there front door step its crazy. i dint know what the deal is but its like every other house has the exact same statue. (i wonder if they had a sale) we are doing allot of tracking and stuff. but mostly tracking. you meet allot of crazy people and allot of door slams but what ever thats there problem. this one lady was like im sorry but im not interested. and i said im sorry your missing the best message your ever going to here. and she stopped and let us in. it was cool some times it pays off to be forward. we still get fed every night witch is good. the ward is so nice here. unlike my last ward they care about people. theres always seems to be a fellowshiping activity in the ward. and like every one brings a nonmember friend to church with them.

conference is coming up so im excited for that. we will watch it in the stake center with all the rest of the stake. it will be a cool change compared to at home in the pj's. there will be a big social afterwards. with lunch and stuff. there ordering a huge sub sandwich. like 30 feet long or something. i got your package and nanas package. thank you so much the day goes a whole lot smother when you get a letter. the hat the nana and papa sent me is crazy, but its so crazy its cool. just like me. nana also sent me some cookies and i left them on the counter while i went on exchanges and they were gone by the time i got back. witch is good and bad. good because i didnt get fat form all the cookies and bad because i didnt get fat form all the cookies. we cant afford treats with our mission money so its nice to gett some stuff every once in a wile. o this was awesome. so i ran out of cereal for breakfast and i was like what am i going to eat. and i was like kind of depressed and i was like maybe a member will give us a pizza for dinner and i will just eat some for breakfast. but then i got your package and it had oatmeal in it. its a miracle! its a Miracle! at night elder soto is teaching me Spanish. witch is cool. im learning but its hard because i dont have that much time to practice it. i yea so my flash drive. that sucks. i didn't erase my pictures thank goodness. but that still is no beano. i bought another one as soon as i sent the one to you so i dont need one. but thanks any way.

lauren i love you girl. that's funny about the sponge bob thing. i miss that yellow headed fool. and i dont know what to say about your friend. just be friends with her and just encourage her to not be dating. slip a strength for youth in her back pack or something. but she is probably set in her ways. don't try to mess with breaking them up or anything. just try to make friends with her bf and your friendship will go alot smoother. o it was funny so when i got the pic's of you and the family. i just saw half of you in one of your pictures. and i was like HOLY SMOKES that girl is fine. but then i realized it was just you. and was like dang it. i thought mom send a picture of an admirer or something. but just so you know lauren your beautifull.

thanks courtney and zak for writing me i really like to know whats going on in your life. i dont have that much time to talk but i love you all so much your the best family i missionary could ask for!
