Hi family
i didnt think i was going to be able to write to you today. but guess what merry Christmas.
i got your packages. one from nana, two form you, one form uncle john, and one from the willams family. don't worry i haven't opened a single one yet. everybody that i know has already opened there's but i like to wait until Christmas.
so i guess to give you the low down on what happened this week.
the first part of the week was just packing and saying goodbye to all of the people down in texas. i hate to admit it but i got some Texas pride in me now. it was a really great area. i have never cried when i left an area until i left Texas. there was a lot of people that i got close too. alot of people i love there. there was a couple of family's that cried when i left as well. so its good to know that your loved. elder pugmire was pissed off the whole week because he didn't want to leave and he thought that it wasn't inspired of the Lord. and he was scared all of our investigators would go away. but he got over it. i feel really bad for him because he didn't even get a chance to serve there. he got in and got out.
on Wednesday i got to altus. i got there about 10 but they weren't expecting me until about 2 so everything that they had planned was after that.
so i guess i will describe the town of altus Oklahoma. its a small town. its got a walmart so that's something. everybody has a browning sticker on there car. i don't know if they just gave those out one day or if they came when they bought the car. there is a north and south side of town. the north is rich the south is poor. and scary. not as scary as my last area but still. at least we have some good parts in this area. the wind blows a lot here. i forgot about that in Oklahoma. in Texas its only every other week. and then it stops. but here its all day everyday. so needless to say its really dusty here. i feel if i swallow any more dust im going to fart out a brick. but the people are nice and the ward is awesome of what i can tell. willing to go out with us. and help us any time we need. our fridge is full of meat because a member love to give us food. the apartment is huge! three rooms two bathrooms. a kitchen a living room and a porch. and the carpet, is so fluffy! (name that movie)
elder shumway. is a good guy, willing to help out with anything. like even the little stuff that you wouldn't normally do. i feel like a bad companion to all my other comps. because i didn't do anything for them compared to shumway. he is from south Carolina. so he is a east cost kind of guy. (my third one) so im almost tied on my comps form utah and not. ive known elder shumway for a while. i saw him his first transfer. and a couple of times since then. when i first met him i instantly thought of the book Howay fow Wadny Wat! because he cant say his R's
so i was kind of bummed because i left my last area right before Christmas. because i knew all of the family there and now i don't know anyone. but we have lots of people inviting us over so it will be great. im super stoked.
my district here has nine people in it. thats super crazy. i have never been in a district more than five. we have, elder clements, (hey that's me) shumway, salmon, garcia, nelson, hardt,(he was in the mtc with me) shumway. (yes a second one), sister Carlini and sister Eual (don't know if that's how you spell it) this is also my first experience with sister missionary's. Ive been in all elder districts until now. but if there is anything i know about sisters is that they cause lama drama. not the sisters themselves but when elders try to impress the sisters. o well this transfer is going to be spectacular.
but i guess thats it for this week. i love you all so much keep up the good work and i will talk to you tomorrow!!!!!!

going on a new adventure
hi family well i just found out the terrible news that im leaving the area of wichita falls central. and that's not even the bad part. the bad part is that elder pugmire is leaving as well which means the area that were serving in is getting closed down for one to two transfer. in preparation for the sisters that are coming to this area soon. so all of our investigators are going to the north elders. the areas are combining but because the north elders don't know our area and because are area is a five mile bike ride just to get to the edge. i doubt that they will be visiting our area much. so all of our 35 investigators. (not to mention less actives that we visit) will not have missionary contact for about two months. im really scared for our area. and for our investigators. i wish this wouldn't happen. but i guess its ok. the Lords ways are not all ways our ways. even though it looks crappy i know the Lord has a plan for our investigators. me and elder pugmire both prayed for ever last night trying to receive inspiration on verification on whether or not this hast to happen. the answer i received is that we have to be patient and the lord will do his part. and that this hast to happen. elder pugmire said he had a dream were the lord told him that his testimony has got our investigators to the point there at right now but it wont get them to baptism. but that someone else's will. but i found out im going to altus Oklahoma. its a small town just north east of here. im still going to stay in the same zone but move districts. its a ward so that's good. i here the area is nice. my new companions name is elder shumway. he has been out for about a year. and that really all i know about him. i know its going to be a good transfer and this is what the lord wants. but here are a couple of things that happened this week. we taught this guy that owns a guitar shop. he used to play and open for big bands back in the day. like the police and hewy lewis and the news. he is about 65 or 70 but we taught him the restoration with the bishop. it was funny because he wasn't going to let us in but the bishop (who is 6'"2 and very intimidating) was like you know if i were you i would let these boys into your house. and i wouldn't turn some one away at this Christmas season. it was funny they guy was like ok. and let us in. the lesson went great. another thing that happened was we ate at taco bell and as soon as we walked in i overheard people talking in the back about how we can have multiple wives. and stuff. then as we were ordering they just got more and more crude and disrespectful. like talking about how much birth control we had to buy and crap like that. i was getting super pissed. i was going to freaking freak out. we sat down to eat and my temper just kept getting bigger and more ready to bust. i was shaking i was ready to call these people every name in the book and told them that this was discrimination. but as i went up there to yell at the manager the spirit was like hold your horses dock. this isnt the lords way. so i casually went up to talk to them gave them a mormon.org card and told them that we don't believe in multiple wives and that if they really wanted to find out what we believed in to visit the web sight on the back. we had a live nativity at the church and the relief society president came up and asked me if i would like to sing a song. so i sung in the live nativity. i sang O holy night. (one of my faves) and played the uke. so at the practice i had a light on my music but when it came time to sing the angles didn't get out of the way so they blocked my light. and so i wasn't able to see. so i screwed up on the cords like half way through. its ok people still told me it was good. but that's probable because were in the church. we had two people die in the ward. and both of them loved the missionary's so for there funeral they wanted us to help. i said the prayer at one and gave out the programs for the other. it was really cool. both funerals you could feel the spirit so strong. and lots of nonmebers came so it was a great experience for all of us. one of them we gave a blessing two like three days before he died. and in his blessing it said that your life is finished go home and rest now. crazy. we helped move three people this week. lots and lots of people are moving into this ward and changing houses in the ward. we sang with the other elders at a mental institution. like a crazy house. so we called it crazy caroling. most people in there listened but a couple were freaking out at us. it was a scary place. but lauren you got hit by a car! thats sick! i mean im glad your ok and dont do that again. but still that's kind of cool/ stupid. im sure mom and dad already yelled at you but make sure you think before you act. love you mom? dad? how are you doing i feel like there is something that you need help with. or that your sad about. i love you so much. keep up the good work. keep reading your scriptures. and praying. and going to the temple. remember when life gets you down the lord can help you up. Courtney. hows the BABY. whens the baby do. if your going to say it, its coming out loud. BABY! (what baby?) but did zack ever get into medical school i forgot? and were. are you excited. what kind of doctor does he want to be? well keep up the good work. and are you going to be there on Christmas? Dakota i love you man keep doing what your doing. im glad your doing better. keep on the lord side the world ends in less than a week. jk but some of my investigators are really worried about that. did you find another job yet? and how is the rest of the group back home? Tyler and jake and ryan and zack? you should have them write me a bloody letter. allright i love you all so much and i will talk to you ladder gatter. Love Elder Clements P.s. i got a package form you or someone. but its at the post office i have to sign for it. so i dont know who its form or what it is. love you thanks

Keep Moving Forward
hello so i guess i will start off this week. by saying its freaking crazy! the weather here. so on friday it was 90 and sunny and really hot and humid but now its like 20 and there is snow on the ground. so we took pictures in the sun and snow its funny. so on monday we just played monopoly. it was really fun. at first i was losing hard core but then i ended up winning in the end by making some smart trades. then we had a lesson with a Jehovah witness. he basically said he didnt want to learn any more because were not going
to change him and he isn't going to change us. but he gave us a bible study guide for jdubs. and its got all kind of funny pictures in it about what the end of the world is going to look like. then we taught a lesson in spanish again. i still cant understand much but i try my very best. i can pray and bear my testimony in spanish and i understand when elder pugmire is teaching because of the key words that i do understand. the family that we taught is really solid they love the gospel and they know that what were teaching is true. they said that everytime we come in they feel the spirit with us. its really cool. so we found out that lady that was going to get baptized her name is machel charles. her husband showed her a bunch of anti Mormon films about the temple and stuff. so she is going through a hard time. and she wont let us talk to her. so were just going to give her some space and talk to her in about a month. we had alot of people come out with us this week but most of the lessons have been falling through. i dont know what the problem is. but all of these people were solid, but now there just being really flaky all of the time. we cant seem to get into contact with any of them. but this week has still been good you just have to count your many blessings. we still have people to teach we get feed four or five times a week by members. members are willing to teach with us. we still have a bike and a house that works. (except for the rats) i have a great companion. and the sun shines most everyday. one of the ward members gave a talk on missionary work. and how we can become more Christian Christians. one of the things he said was all the devil has to do to win is make sure that we don't do anything. we don't really have to be doing stuff wrong but if were not doing stuff right its the same thing. we need to be constantly moving forward. if we stopped were actually digressing. and not progressing. this life is about progression and changing for the better. and if we think were done or were satisfied with ourselves satan is wining. is all about enduring to the end.not stop ing but keep moving forward. keep doing good back home and keep moving forward. keep going to the temple. i received some cool insight on something. when Jesus came to the americas he came to the temple. and only the people that were at the temple go to see him. and all of the other people missed it. until the next day. so we need to be at the temple all that we can. because that is the lords house and if the lord is going to come home, where is he going to be? you guys are great. sorry for the short email but i love you so much and your the best family a missionary could ever ask for. love Elder Clements

Pray for Michelle Charels
Subject: big merry 57
Hi family!
so how is life? im so glad that your all doing so great. keep going to
the temple. that's were its at. and read your scriptures every day.
its funny but the three main things we can do to keep our testimony
strong is the simplest things. read your scriptures, go to church,
pray. if we take one of those out our testimony will fall. and its up
to us how long it takes us to catch it. like right now were helping a
lady stop smoking and she does everything that she needs to. and she
was doing just great. but then she stopped reading her scriptures for
a week. and guess who started smoking again? just that little thing
that takes fifteen minutes out of your whole day. can ruin a whole
month of progress.
so im just going to start off that there is opposition in all things.
if you have a great week the next week isn't going to be so well. the
lord will try our faith every once in a while to see if were obedient.
its easy to do the right things when everything is going your way but
when things turn south it makes it alot harder. next week will be
great though.
so our goal is to get members out teaching with us everyday. and this
week has been really slow at that. i swear i have called everyone in
the ward like ten times this week and we cant get a bloody member to
come out with us. we have had a lot of success teaching on our own but
that is not what helps people stay converted to the church. the
prophet says every body in the church needs a friend. (and two other
things but i cant remember) so that's why we take a member of the ward
out with us to be that friend when we leave the area.
but a couple cool lessons happened this week. we taught this guy a
week ago and he invited us back. his brother answered the door and let
us in. the brother lived in Idaho most of his life so he know all
about the church but has never talked to missionary's before. so we
taught him the restoration and he decided he wants to be baptized. its
really cool to see the way this gospel can change people. i think i
said it before and i will say it again. my favorite part about the
mission is the way i can help people come unto Christ and change there
lives. (its mostly the holy ghost but someone hast to bring it)
another lady we taught is named shabecka (we called her chubacka on
accident) she was really happy about the message that we shared and
asked if we had anything going down for Christmas? and that we could
come over. and she then ran into her kitchen and gave us a couple of
pizzas. and then she said wait and then gave us some clementines. and
then a soda. its really funny/ awesome the way people react to us
sometimes. because they can tell that were representing Jesus Christ.
we taught this other family and they are a young couple and they just
invited us back. they probably thought we wouldnt come back because
when we showed up they were shocked. but we taught the restoration and
they kept interrupting with all kind of questions. its ok because we
said would answer any of the questions.
but they were like have you every had sex? "no" why? "because i choose
not to plus its a sin." what its a sin to have sex! "outside of
marriage yes" D%#@ so does that mean we cant have sex any more?! "yes"
wow so do you do drugs? "no because its a terrible habit to get into
plus its a sin" WHAT! its a sin to do drugs! "ugh yes" man what can
you do! just funny people that have grown up without the gospel. were
seeing them again but its going to be hard to get all of these habits
to go away.
were teaching another lady that just got out of jail and she want to
change her life around.
and the preachers wife did not end up getting baptized because the day
before because the husband freaking freaked out. so we have to have
his consent before she can be baptized. so just pray for her so that
she can over come the obstacles that she has.
the first presidency message last night was great i loved it. did you
listen to it or watch it? did it get breakfasted to your tv or did you
have to go to the church?
But that's it for this week keep up the good work back home and be good.
Lauren be a good girl keep the commandments and don't do anything
stupid. just work hard in school i know you will do great. make sure
to turn to your heavenly father for help. remember he wrote history so
he can help you out. and what do you want for Christmas?
mom dad i love you your the best. i think your the best parents in the
world! lots of people have lots of problems because of how they were
raised. but you guys took the time and raised us right. i love you so
much!
Love Elder Clements
P.S. i dont know if i will be here for Christmas transfers are on the
19th so idk.

turkey day of thanks
Subject: its a big 57
Well family thanks for all writing me i looooooooove letters! (hand written or email) and they were all long which is great! there is not really a lot to do on pday here so we just read emails and play games. and stuff so the more you write me the better my week goes! plus the spirit helps as well. So this week was great. allot of really really cool things are going down here in witchcraft falls. first off on Monday it was pday Shocking! not like that happens every week. but we just played games monopoly mostly and then we played the uke around a little bit. making up songs. then after that we had an appointment at a Jehovah witness house. we were a little late by about 30 min because our dinner went late. so we biked over there. and knocked on his door. we waited and waited and then knocked again. the dog started barking. (that's usually a sign that they will open the door if there home) we see him move across the room through the window. but he doesn't answer the door. we just about to leave when the dog goes running around the back into the street. looking for something. (us) then we see a guy and he has a shotgun in his hands. and pops around the corner looking at his dog and at the street. were in the dark because its about 630. and there is no porch light so we he cant see us. i am listening to the spirit but it decided to be silent that night. so i didn't know ether to say something, run, hide or duck down. i don't want to scare him because then he would shoot. and i don't want to hide because then if he saw us then he would shoot as well. so i just said excuse me sir. he turned around and said o it just you guys. he told us that we shouldn't be out this late because its a scary hood. but i told him the lord is on our side. the rest of the night was uneventful (thankfully) on Tuesday we had two Spanish lessons with two family's set up for that night and so we wanted a member who spoke Spanish to come with us. because i cant really teach the lesson or talk to them. so we needed a sub. so that morning we called and called and called AND CALLED. but no one was answering their phones or able to come out with us. so we thought we had to do this solo. then all of a sudden we remembered that bishop spoke just a little Spanish. so we called him up and he said he could come out with us. we went to the lesson and he told us that his Spanish wasn't good at all and he just knew a few words. so we thought it was just going to be elder pugmire on his own again. we got into the lesson and bishop started talking like a Mexican. he didn't know what he was saying but he was speaking Spanish better than antonio banderas. he told them and us that what ever he was thinking was coming out in Spanish. he didn't know what the family was saying back to him and what questions they were asking but he answered them as though he studied Spanish all his life. no joke, gift of tongues. super sick, the lord knows whats what. and that happened both lessons. it was really cool. both wanted us to come back. on Wednesday we got like three people to come out with us. so it was a really good day. a new investigator and a lot of people to see. then this guy invited us to dinner just randomly. he lives like five years away. so we had plenty of time to talk. he told us his life story then he said that he just recently married a lady and now has a new daughter and both of them are not members and he wanted us to teach them both. it was really cool how the lord provides people to teach. the lesson went great and they want us to come back. on Thursday it was turkey day. we had the turkey bowl first thing in the morning. it was really fun i love football. not really but its the only chance we get play on the mission. so we played our hardest. then after that we had lunch with the babble family. they are really cool and we had lots of food. my favorite thing was there seven layer jello. it took 10 hours to make. then we had dinner with the dixon family. he is such a cool guy he is willing to do anything with the missionary. even if he hast to leave work to teach a lesson with us. but by the end of the night we all gained like ten pounds. and we had so much food left over. it was crazy. everybody in the ward that had extra food gave it to us. on Friday was district meeting. like normal the zone leaders came down and i saw elder heartd. i haven't seen him since the MTC. he is a great guy. on Saturday we just knocked on a lot of doors. then we had dinner with this recent convert. she is super crazy. like crazy enough to swear in her testimony at church. and say the B word in Sunday school. so it was me and elder pugmire and jones and chatman. dinner was great. then after she was showing us around her house and there was a pair of hand cuffs on her table. so i decided it would be a funny joke to put them on elder jones. that when i was informed that there was no key to those. (o crap that was stupid) so he spent the rest of the night with those on. and the cop in the ward had to come and take them off. Sunday we had another couple of Spanish lessons. its crazy how many Spanish people there are in our area. well thats it for this week. keep up the good work back home. i love you all so much. Love Elder Clements Ps so for Christmas or what ever i mostly need new clothes because all of them are getting old and stained. whirt shirts 16 neck size (slim fit please) G's im a Medium all around (mesh if you could) and maybe a pair of pants 34/32 black or dark gray. i think that could be it. everything else just make it a surprise. (and i love those videos)

Elder Pugmire :)
HI family how is it going this fine day? so you had thanks giving early huh? how was it. the best turkey and gravy? we have thanks giving with the babble family. there really cool. he is a doctor and he does hands and feet stuff. he showed us pictures on his phone of these people and what happens to there hands. it makes me want to keep my hands in my pockets at all times. life is good here Monday we had zone pday. it was good we played a game called scatter ball its kind of like dodge ball but everybody is on there own team. Tuesday i emailed you. so that was fun. that night we had dinner with this family and they cooked us a meal that the dad ate on his mission. it was this traditional Mexican food. like really thin sliced meat rolled in batter and fried. it was crazy they sent it home with us. and we forgot it on the counter and it stunk so bad by morning i thought we were going to die. then after dinner we went to see this Spanish family. we prayed with them last week and they said we could come back. so when we stopped by they let us in. the only problem was that they only spoke Spanish. so i didn't have any idea what was happening in the lesson i couldn't answer any questions and i just had to sit and pray my heart out for elder pugmire and his Spanish. so because he has only been out for about three months his Spanish is not the best. but that lesson he did great. (i think form what it sounded like he did good) they invited us to come back tomorrow so hopefully we can get a member to come out with so elder pugmire inst the only one teaching. on wednesday we had lunch with this family at golden corral. and we found two new investigators there. one was the waitress. and the other was some lady that asked if we worked there. it was cool because they both asked us why we were dressed so nice and that they never see young men dressed like that anymore. that night we helped move a guy out of his house and into a nursing home. he got surgery on his vocal cords or something so now he hast to talk with one of thous electric vibrating things. he weights close to 500 pounds so he had alot of crap around. (not really crap) but there was this bottle of yellow liquid in a wine bottle and i was like i hope thats alcohol. and half way through the move this crazy lady showed up and started yelling at us and telling us that all of that stuff was hers. so we called the guy up to make sure this lady was telling the truth. and she was not she just wanted all of his crap. a couple of things were hers but most of the stuff that she said belonged to her was his. its crazy how people take advantage of others like that. On thursday we had a mission tour with Elder Boen from the 70. (he is the one in general confrence that his kid died and he was really bitter about it. his talk is called "because he lives we shall live") but he came to our mission to give us the low down. so when elder calister came he told us that we need to raise that bar. and so our member present lessons whet up form three a week to six. and then elder boen came in and said that we need to get like 35 a week! holy freaking fish piss. that's a lot of member involvement. he told the story about the guy that first ran the four minute mile and how people said that i couldnt be done. but after he broke the record four people broke his record in the same year. and he compared it to us that people say that you cant get 35 member presents a week. but all we need is an example to show us the way. and then lots of people will start getting that or better. he also compared us to fleas. how they jump around but they cant walk or crawl. if you put fleas in a jar with a lid on it the fleas will try to jump out for a wile but then because they dont want to hit the glass they only jump high enough were they don't hit the top. now if these fleas have baby's in the same jar the new fleas will only jump as high as there parents so then you can take the lid off and no fleas will jump out they will only jump to the same height and never get out. it was crazy but inspirational. the lord is hastening his work and he is really busting our butts to make sure things happen as they should. so we rode up with this senor couple to the conference. and they forgot there wallet so because the free way is a toll road. they didn't have money to pay the fees. neither me nor elder pugmire had cash so we drove on the back roads all the way from Oklahoma city to Texas. so the trip that should have taken us about two hours took us about four. and the only thing we ate that day was one mcdobble for McDonald. because that's all of the money they had. should have fasted it would have been easy-er and more blessings. So we have been working our butt off but we didnt teach alot this week. just lots of finding and trying people and not alot of numbers success. so i dont think there is alot more to talk about. o one more story so we found this lady/girl (idk how old she is) we prayed with her and she told us to come back. so when we went back it wasnt a good time for her so she asked for our number so she could call us when she was available. so we swapped numbers. we didn't think anything of it because usually you get a number and it makes it so you can call them when they don't answer the door and you know there home. but about an hour latter we get a call from her. i answer and she immediately hangs up. so i thought it was just a pocket dial. then she calls back about twenty minutes latter. she asked if this was the missionary's i said yes. she asked what time we stay out until. i told her 9 (i was thinking she was setting up an appointment) she said o really that's great. then she asked is there anyway i could get to you know you guys? i asked what she meant? she was like physically?.... awkward silence..... i said ummm probably not. we are strictly missionaries. and we just teach the gospel....... another awkward silence...... OK then we said goodbye. you can tell she felt rejected. we thought about leaving a law of chastity pamphlet and a strength of youth on her door. but we decided not to. well thats it for this week i hope you have a smashing day! congrats on your deer dad. lauren stay away from boys. dakota stay away from girls. i will try to send a package this week if not don't feel like i don't love you. because i will do it next week. you guys are the best i love you so much and i will talk to you in about a month. dakota you be there for that phone call or i will kick your butt so hard on supersmash bros when i get home. Love Elder Clements so i forgot me and elder pugmire are doing great. i dont really know
what to talk to him about. he is so quiet. and he doesnt really do alot. and he has no self a steam at all so im trying to boost his confidence as much as possible. he is super fast though we are practicing for the turkey bowl and man that kid can run. he is also good at writing in his journal. he is already 3/4 though his journal and he is just beginning. and he is constantly working on his Spanish so that he can teach the lessons alone. he taught me how to pray in Spanish and how to bear my testimony. its crazy but it will help me out. but he is a really good guy i love him thats it love elder clements

Understanding Spanish
Subject: good 57 your a good boy
hello family
so to start off the weather her is bipolar or going through menopause. because we keep getting hot flashes. it like 80 and then it drops down to like 28 so my body is freaking out. it cant adjust to the temperature in time. so its way to hot and then I'm freezing my name tag off. i think I'm good on winter clothing because its not supposed to get that super cold and i think it only snows once a year here. i wished i was in a car area through the winter but if I'm going to be in a bike it might as well be in Texas!
so i guess to start off the week pday we played basketball (how original) i haven't played basketball in like six months so I'm losing my touch. i couldn't hit my butt with both hands. so i ended up messing around the whole time like running with the ball in my shirt and passing to the other team. but i guess thats the way things go. and since elder dalia found out he was leaving, he decided that he wanted to take pictures of everybody in the ward. and all of our investigators. just a big waist of time really. and the other bad thing is that he gave hugs to everybody (witch is against the rules) so now I'm going to have to deal with that when i leave. all of these people now think its OK to hug missionaries.
on Tuesday we ate at this Japanese grill. it was so crazy and good. a member took us out. she is kind of crazy really touchy feely kind of person. like rub your arm when you talk to her. but anyways she took us to this place because it was elder dalias last day in Texas. the chief guy was flip-en stuff around and making fire on our plates and stuff it was more a show than a lunch but the food was good to.
on Wednesday was transfers. they had to leave at about seven in the morning and elder dalia left like half of his crap. like all his underwear. his crazy WWII propaganda stuff. his crazy African sculpture and his uke. so when they left it was just me and elder jones. it was kind of awkward. because we didn't know what to do. so we ended up cleaning the place and rearranging the furniture. the house looked better than it ever had when i was there. we threw away half that crap in the house. like two lazy boys, a desk everything in the fridge and all kind of other crap. we haven't caught any more rats since last week so hopefully we got them all. i just feel bad that we sent them to meet there maker unprepared. but the lord will slay the wicked to bring about his righteous purpose. then we didn't quite know what to do. because we didn't know whether to work in my area or elder jones. we did a mix of both. and everybody fell through. so we just ended up bike ing a lot.
so it got about time that they were supposed to be here. so we called them up to ask were they were and they got lost and went to the wrong apartment. they ended up in Seymour Oklahoma which is about an hour in the wrong direction so needless to say they ended up showing up at our house at like 6pm.
so as soon as they got here they were hungry Lucky we had tons of food in the fridge. because elder dalia asked like ten people if they would feed us on Tuesday so we had a tons of left overs form everything. so elder chatman (elder Jones new comp and my room ate) says o just so you know I'm allergic to gluten. so everything we had in the fridge had gluten in it so we had a fridge full of food and he couldn't have any of it. tho only thing we had was mashed potatoes. and he couldn't even have the gravy.
so my new comp his name is elder pugmire. he is from west Jordan Utah, he is about six foot a buck ten. and black hair. he probably doesn't have a pound of fat on his body. just skin and bones like no joke. he does track so he had to be super skinny. but he doesn't have any muscle on him ether. he has been on the mission for about three months so he is still green as can be. he is a Spanish missionary so we have to do language study every morning and i only know one hundred words in Spanish max. he has the gift of tongues though. because elder chatman has been out about a year and elder pugmire can speak better Spanish than him. he is a full blood Aggie so you should like that.
so we have been knocking doors a lot something i haven't done in three months so it was really good for me. we have been working in a Hispanic part of town. so every other person we talk to doesn't speak any English. its kind of frustrating because i can only understand half of what there saying and i can only say hello and nice to meet you and i have a black shirt. but the lord can help me though it.
so we have been working with this girl she is Mexican but she speaks more English than Spanish. and on Thursday we committed her to baptism on December 15th so if all of these dates go through we should have three baptisms in a month. we have to explain alot of the book of Mormon to her when we read because she doesn't understand religion at all. we had to explain Jesus and the atonement and bible and the house of Israel. just lots and lots of stuff. its good because at least she is asking questions.
O and i found my memory card! so i lost it at the other elders apartment and i thought i drop ed it on the ground outside or something but it ended up being in there couch. they found it when it tipped over because it was going to be thrown away. and it fell out of the bottom. really really really sweet i am so happy that it was recovered. i thank my heavenly father every day because what matters to us matters do him. and he is all ways looking out for us even it is something as small as a memory card.
Idk thats about it for this week sorry i emailed to day instead of yesterday the library was closed.
thank you so much for emailing me this week. like no joke i love to read whats going on with your lives. and everybody else has a ton of emails so i if don't have emails to read it can just get super boring waiting for everyone else to finish.
well i love you so much and i will talk to you next week!

so to start off the weather her is bipolar or going through menopause. because we keep getting hot flashes. it like 80 and then it drops down to like 28 so my body is freaking out. it cant adjust to the temperature in time. so its way to hot and then I'm freezing my name tag off. i think I'm good on winter clothing because its not supposed to get that super cold and i think it only snows once a year here. i wished i was in a car area through the winter but if I'm going to be in a bike it might as well be in Texas!
so i guess to start off the week pday we played basketball (how original) i haven't played basketball in like six months so I'm losing my touch. i couldn't hit my butt with both hands. so i ended up messing around the whole time like running with the ball in my shirt and passing to the other team. but i guess thats the way things go. and since elder dalia found out he was leaving, he decided that he wanted to take pictures of everybody in the ward. and all of our investigators. just a big waist of time really. and the other bad thing is that he gave hugs to everybody (witch is against the rules) so now I'm going to have to deal with that when i leave. all of these people now think its OK to hug missionaries.

Staying in Texas
Hi family
so to begin yes everybody talks about the election with us. for some reason everybody things were campaigning for Romney and we kind of sort of are. we have a Romney poster in our house. most people down in Texas want Romney. but there is a couple of Obama fans (not to be racist but mostly black people) o here is a crazy story. so there is a scary apartment complex that we work in alot. and there is one apartment that has an Obama sign in the window. so one day we went by and guess what the apartment was on fire! it was the only one in the complex that burnt and they also happened to be Jehovah's witnesses. elder dalias family knows MIT Romney so every time he sees a sign he yells ROMNEY!
so we got transfer calls last night and i am staying in Wichita falls Texas and elder dalia is leaving he is going to be a Spanish missionary in the quail creek district. which also happens to have like 6 sets of sister missionary's. we call it the relief society zone. im getting a new comp named elder pug-myre (i have no idea how to spell it) he has only been out 3 months so im going to still be training him. i was really scared for transfer calls because elder jones and elder beams both guessed that we would be shot gunned out of the area. (that means we both leave and two new ones come in) they do that to keep the area fresh and if its a small area like the one we have, it happens every six to nine months.
so i guess we will start out with the week. on Monday we went over to the smiths house to make belt buckles. they shoe horses for a living and their one of the top in the country. so we started out with a flat strait piece of steel and then we sheered it. forged it in 3800 F, hammered it on an anvil, bent it, welded it and shinned it up. they look sick. and we made them our selves :) one of the coolest pdays of the mission i felt as if i was in jewelry class again but alot bigger.
on Tuesday we worked in our area found some people to teach one of there names was domingo he is a really cool old guy that works on the air force base.
on Wednesday was Halloween we wernt really supposed to go out that day because Halloween is the devils holiday. jk but really lots of bad stuff goes on. so we cleaned the house and visited a lady named sister Charles. she has been taught the lessons like five hundred times. i told you about her last week. her husband is a preacher and she is thinking about going our church but is scared what will happen. so on Wednesday we taught her and the spirit finally convinced her that this is what she needs to do. so she will be baptised on December first. the rest of that night we helped a family with there horses and did some farm work than we went home and waited for little kids to knock on our door. none did so now we have tons of candy in our apartment.
on Friday we had district meeting and we found out that we are getting 86 new missionary's, so our missionary total will go from 130 something to 216! crazy Crazy face! that means that 43 new areas will have to open up and that some time soon the mission will split in half. the Lord is hastening his work like a boss. i cant wait for the second coming. after district meeting we at a place called Ganges grill (do they have those in Utah?) but super good food. and then we went on exchanges with the zone leaders. elder nesbit came with us and we tried, and tried, and tried people but no one was home. then we were just about to go back and i thought of a girl that we met the another week that we could visit. so stop ed by and she let us in. we started talking about the book of Mormon and then we taught her about prophets and Joseph smith. she loved it! and now she is getting baptized on December 17th (you have heard of 17 miracles but you ain't never heard of miracle on the 17th)
on Saturday we had dinner with this one family that were helping her quit smoking and they fed us burgers. there a little crazy but super nice. they have the gift of see ing spirits. so they have interactions with dead people all the time and they happen to see demons every once in a while. O and did you get that moving to Utah stuff yet? they want to move in like January or something. so if you could get that to me that would be help full or get some websites for them.
one more thing (hey Lauren do you know what that's off of?) it been getting semi cold out side. so the mice/rats decided that our house would be a great spot to camp out for the winter. so we bought some traps and we have caught six rats in about 48 hours. crazy! we caught one and it just got knocked out by the trap so we had to kill it. and since no one wanted to man up i had to do it. we thought about ways that we could kill it in a most horrific manner but we decided a nice stop on the head would do the trick. (elder beams wanted to water board it so that it would tell us were the others were)
so life for you guys it sounds crazy. how is your health doing? how is dakota, jake, tyler, ryan, zack, brenden, jared, luke, tyler tullis, and everybody else. you should get them to write me! that would be great! what are you doing for thanksgiving? anything fun?
Lauren your a good girl just remember that. and put some Periods in your letter.
thanks for all that you do for me i love you and i will talk at you ladder gadder.

Pray for her
hello hello. family so whats up. this week was high flying awesomeness. you guys sounded like you had a good week to. O before i forget there is a family that wants to move to Utah in our ward. there looking for a house that has like three or four bedrooms. preferably south of salt lake city. we have been working with them for about 3 months and trying to get them to the temple. and to help quite smoking. but i told them i would ask around and see what i could find. so if you could send me some information or just keep your eyes open that would be great! but this week was good. on Monday we had zone pday. we played kick ball at the church. i got to see elder shupe again. so that was fun seeing him. i miss that kid no offense to any of my other comps but he was probably my favorite. it was really fun playing but the zone leaders were being sticks in the mud because they wanted to play basketball but no one else did. after that we had a specialized training meeting on the heavenly gift. we had to film ourselves knocking on doors and how we prayed and interacted with people. they were not real people so dont worry we just knocked on the church doors and another missionary would pretend to be the investigator. it was funny filming ourselves and all our weird facial expressions and the way that we talk. and i filmed elder charlesworth and elder otuafi and they are fighting like cats and dogs so they were not in unity the whole time and you could just tell that they hated each other on the camera. and elder charlesworth knelled down to say the prayer and he has this huge bald spot on the top of his head. but you cant normally see it because he is tall. so we were asked to sing in sacrament meeting on sunday. so we had to practice one night and we sang ill go were you want me to go. but no one would give us a ride to the church so we had to bike the five miles there. so about half way through elder jones asked if we want to race. so because i don't want that greeny to out run me i just start boo-kin it down the road im my highest gear. we reached speed over 25 mph down hill. but in the end i came out victorious. (yea take that new guy) elder dalia and beames were far behind and elder dalia is riding a bike that the bike shop rented him. and a car stopped right in front of him and he flipped over his handle bars. because his back brake wasn't working as good as the front. this is his second bike crash in like a week. but back to the singing, it was two high of a song for all of us to sing. and the lady was playing in a weird key so we didnt know how to sing it? so she yelled at us the whole time because we weren't singing it right. on thursday we taught this lady names sister charles. she is a really sweet older lady. she has been looking into the church for about a year but she never has joined because her husband is a preacher of another church. so we have been working with her. and our lesson went super great! she said that when she does bible study in her church she feels like she is not progressing and when she goes to our church she is learning more and she feels the spirit. and were like duh thats because your church doesn't have the fullness of the gospel. so we asked her if she prayed to know if the book of Mormon is true? and she said that she had and she knows that its the word of God. and she knows that god wants her to join this church. it was so fricken sick! i love how the gospel changes people. but she talked to her husband and he was shocked but she knows what god wants her to do. cross your fingers and pray to God that she gets baptized no matter what. we had the ward Halloween party/ Chile cook off. and that was fun. we got to be the judges and there was some really good Chile and some really bad Chile. the one that one had beef sirloin pieces in it and bacon. it was so good. and the worst one was a vegan flavor one. i think it had real vegans in it. on Sunday we sang in church and it was terrible. we sucked so bad you could see people shaking there heads and stuff. it was kind of dumb. every one sang really quietly and elder jones/ beames stopped singing half way through. just a bad song choice. than that night we had a baptism and me and elder dalia sang how can i be at that. and it was completely opposite. the spirit was in the air people were crying and the kids were excited to be baptized. they were two nine year old boys that there family is less active and we have been working with. just a good week all together. but thanks for all that you do for me and the ward back home. don't go less active or i will hunt you down. i would write more but elder johnson is waiting for a computer. i love you and i miss you and i will talk at you ladder. listen to the spirit
hello hello hello and welcome to the wonderful world of elder Clements. this weeks starts out with a young missionary that helped move in a YSA (young single adult) on his preparation day. so this lady called us up and wanted us to help her out from 1 to 6. so we decided out of the kindness of our hearts to help her move instead of playing games and stuff. then this old couple in the ward invited us over for pizza. but they forgot to tell us that they were the FHE coordinator. so we showed up and there were like six girls there. and one guy (that's an investigator) so when we showed up they were like yea! guys. and were like gross, girls. so we ate and the girls were trying to flirt it up but we shut them down. (touchdown missionaries) then we played them a song on the uke like we normally do and got out of there. so a couple of cool things happened this week. and a couple of funny things. so elder dalia is super obsessed with being "the best" so he put $200 worth of stuff on his bike. and they weren't even performance stuff they are just to look cool. like fancy copper wiring and casing and different colored stuff. because he wants the best looking bike in the mission. (there is not that much competition trust me) so he ordered all of this stuff and told his parents that his bike was broken. so they payed for it. and then on Thursday he was going around this corner and he decided to drift and his back bike tire exploded and he crashed hard core. his rim bend in half and his tire is messed up and he bend his frame. so we went to the bike shop and and they said its going to be about another $300 to fix it. so i told him that's what he gets for lying to his parents and telling him his bike was broken. so a couple of nights ago this lady that's like fully active in the ward decided to call us up and tell us that she doesn't want to come to church any more because she fells like the ward doesn't like her and that she wished she had a better relationship with the people in the ward. so i talked to her and asked her what church is for. and she said to help us be better. and i told her its to take the sacrament that renews our baptismal covenant. and to be able to be forgiven of our sins. and that coming to church wasn't an option its a commandment of god. and said so what if you don't get along with the people in the ward that inst what church is about its about growing closer to our heavenly father. i told her that i have dealt with less active people all my mission, and 79% of them said that they were offended and that they felt like they didn't belong. but once you let the lord out of your life that's when all hell breaks lose. and it just gets harder and harder to come back to church and you procrastinate the day of your repentance until finally you lose your testimony of this work. needless to say she showed up to church that Sunday. on Wednesday we got a call from a guy that needed help fixing his house. he lives in Dallas but his mother is renting out this house and it needs some fixing up. so me and elder dalia, Jones, and beams when to help out. we got there and the house was trashed. we spent like six hours helping out. i did a lot of cabinetry work. fixing these cupboards. and elder dalia did the yard work elder Jones did the carpet and elder beams helped paint walls and fix the doors. lets just say he got free labor and he got what he paid for. i mean of course we try ed our best but there was some spots were he probably should have hired some professionals. but his mom was so impressed with our free labor and our willingness to help that she is taking the missionary lessons. so that's great! so last night we were biking to one of our appointments and this guys comes up to talk to us. he is this stinky homeless guys right. and he want us to go with him to see his friend. we cant understand half of the things he is saying so we asked if we could say a prayer for him. just a little side note here. some people in like to hold hands while they pray. so we start saying a prayer and he is holding mine and elder Dalias hand. and i don't have that good of grip on him because i didn't really want to touch his hands. but in the middle of the prayer he just starts squeezing as hard as he can on my hand. so im trying to ether get out of his grip or get a better hold on his hand because he is breaking my fingers. so we get done with the prayer and he was like walk with me to my friends house we asked were his friend lives and he says on ninth street. so that's like a half an hour walk and its all ready 8 pm. so there is really know way we can get over there on time. and he was like just follow me and started heading down his dark ally. i get this prompting to not go down there with him so we told him we couldn't. and he gets mad! like yelling at us and telling us that were not really missionary. and that the lord wants us to go with him. so we just book it out of there. who knows what could of happened. elder Dalia says that in Guatemalan that a tactic that robbers use, is ask the missionary's to help them out and follow them and then a bunch of there friend beat them up and take there stuff. so that's some stuff that happened this week. transfers is in two weeks and i think im staying and elder dalia is going some were else. i got your package and it was the best! thanks so much for sending me great stuff. the movie was amazing the light one. and i really really really wanted that 17 miracles CD. so that was just what i needed. well i love you so much and i will talk at you ladder. I like to ride my bike cycle
Hi family
thanks for writing me it makes my week. hands down the funnest thing
we do on pday is email our family. better than biking or hiking or
playing games. you guys are the best and mean the most to me.
so you got my package that's good. i didn't know how many stamps to
put on it so i just put all that i have. apparently it was enough. so
the song i was singing on the tape me and elder robb and robbison made
it up! great right! i love playing the uke it brings me great joy.
did you get elder dalias letter? he finally payed me to write Lauren.
(sucker) so try to at least right him back once.
but the rest of the week was good. Monday a family in the ward let me
barrow there guitar for pday. it was really great to get back to me
roots. the uke is a really fun instrument to play but you can do so
much more with the guitar. im glad that i can play both.
Tuesday we had a apartment inspection from the elder and sister luke.
we cleaned our butts off and the apartment still looked like crap. so
there going to move us to a newer place. because the sink leaks the
shower sucks the walls are banged up. there is rats in the ventilation
system. but hey we at least have a place to live hot water, AC, beds,
heating, lighted and bikes to get around. when ever life gets me down
i just say count your many blessings name them one by one. so the
lukes gave us an assignment to get a new place to live.
so on Wednesday we looked all over town for a nice cheap place to
live. a couple of the places were we looked at were super cool and
super crazy. like the first one that we looked at was a 100 year old
hotel that was converted into apartments. babe ruth used to stay at
the hotel when it was new. the next place we looked at was a little
apartment that was above an artifact and antique store. we went into
the store and it was the kind of place that you would find a magical
object. or discover some great secret. (Ive read to many fantasy
books) the next place was an old school that has old class rooms that
you could stay in. that place was super cool really big apartments.
and wide halls. but we made all kinds of jokes to the lady and she was
not very happy. like when does first period start? and do i need a
hall pass to go to the bathroom? and what grade point average do i
need to keep to join the football team? needless to say she was sick
of us by the time we were through.
on Thursday we rode our bikes alot. i have put like 400 miles on my
bike in 8 weeks. thats like a fifty mile bike ride each week. my legs
are getting big. but anyways we were riding our bike and we came to a
dead end and there was a water drainage system with big cement sides
and steep walls. so there was a little ramp to get into it so we
started riding our bikes in there. we road for about five hundred
yards and there was a tunnel. so we went into it and it got super
dark. and we did not see a light at the end of the tunnel. elder dalia
was freaking freaken his pants so because i wanted to see a big
football player scared i just kept riding so he had to follow me. i
turned on my light on the bike and we road through this tunnel it felt
like for 20 minutes. then we turned around because i got scared there
was going to be some homeless guy down there.
friday we went on exchanges with elder otuafi and charlesworth. i went
with otuafi in his area. he is such a cool guy just so chilax about
everything. i want to move to Tonga after the mission and just sit on
the beach in a bamboo hut and play the uke.
but we saw alot of people and one guy that we saw has like every
problem that you can imagine. and he just keep it on keeps it on, the
gospel really can make you have a happier life you just have to
realize it.
on Sunday we had stake conference. it was really good there was alot
of good talks really uplifting president and sister Taylor spoke about
helping the missionary out. but there was this one guy that just got
back form his mission a month ago and he spoke on how the gospel can
change people. and lets just say it gave me a great example of what
not to do or say in my home coming talk. he went about 15 minutes over
and he didn't say anything.
Sunday night we were trying to visit some people and no one was home.
so we were just about to leave and we saw a door open across the
parking lot so we went over to talk to them and they slammed the door
when they saw us coming. so we just went to unlock our bikes and we
got the spiritual impression to go and talk to them. it was going to
be super awkward but we fear god more than man. so we knocked on there
door they answered and let us in. we prayed with them and told them
about the book of Mormon. it was super cool the spirit was awesomely
strong. and we are meeting with them again Wednesday.
well that's whats happen in my neck of the woods.
im sorry you guys were sick i hope you get better and remember that im
all ways praying for you. and if you need it ask your home teachers
for a priesthood blessing. encourage those youth to go on a mission we
need the missionary's out here. the lord is hastening his work so get
on it like blue bonnet.
i love you guys so much and i will talk you yall next week.

Go Ask A Missionary
hi y'all
so yes i didn't send off the package. im sorry i tryed but the post
office inst in our area and it would be a ten mile bike ride just to
get there. so i didn't have the opportunity to send it. i will try
today. ok yes i know what Yoda says. do or do not there is no try.
so some cool things happened this week. Monday we didn't do anything.
we played games and stuff just a really chill pday. it was the first
day of the new transfer so i didn't have a planner. because i forgot
to grab one form the DL. so i felt naked like the whole week. i
usually write down everything (shocking right this mission did teach
me something) and every time elder dalia had to write it down. but i
got one now so its all better.
so we ran into some people last week and they wanted us to come back
and play them a song on the uke. they own a second hand store/ antique
store. so i carried the uke on my back on the bike about five miles to
go and see them. we got there and played them a couple of songs. one
of them is called a witness. its about all of the prophets in the
bible/ book of Mormon that stand up for what they believe in. and then
how i will always stand for the right and be a witness of Jesus
Christ. (here are some of the lyrics, many stories have been told
about the great men of old, and how they stood for whats right,
against the wicked they would fight for the lord. like alma when he
taught the people that sought his life. i put my self in there place
and with unshaken faith i will say. SO WILL I !) so it was a really
good song and the people were all like shocked. so elder dalia played
a song that i taught him and there was this old man that asked if
elder dalia owned a uke? he said no so the guy led him to the front of
the store and said what do you think of this one. he pulled an old uke
down form a shelf and handed it to elder dalia. elder dalia's face lit
up like a kid on Christmas. he started playing and said its so cool.
the guy said well you can have it. so elder dalia is super stoked
about his new old uke. its about sixty years old and was made in new
york.
the next day we worked hard all day and weren't having any kind of
success. everybody was like busy or didnt want to meet with us. so we
decided to go do some door knocking. by the time we got there and the
bikes were locked up it was about 8 pm. so it was dark and the place
were we were at was super sketchy. like gangster ally. we pick a
street without looking at it. and we started knocking we talked to
some people and some people were pissed that we were knocking on the
door so late. then we got about half way done with the street and i
saw the sign. the street was called Elm Street! (that's were the
nightmares happen) but we ended up getting four new investigators that
night. the only one that had a nightmare was Satan.
on Friday i went on exchanges with elder charleswroth. he is a cool
guy i served around him the first of my mission. so its good to see
him again. i convinced him to buy a uke so he is still playing. we
went to a Chinese buffet for lunch with our whole zone. so you know
those places are kind of iffy anyways. but that night i got so sick. i
threw up and had the runs hard core. so because i didnt get any sleep
that night i was super tired for conference. i almost slept through
the whole second section. and that was super crazy about the age
change. and your right i wish they could have changed that a couple of
years ago but its ok because im serving now and this is my time to
shine. we were expecting something bit to happen but we thought it was
going to be china that opened up or something. and it could happen
very soon. this is going to double the missionaries. and there is
going to be so much change that goes on. its going to be fricken sick
chicken.
my favorite talk was the ask the missionaries. it was so powerful and
i could feel it was directed to me. but i also liked Jeffry r. Holland
talk. it almost made me pee in my pants. he tells it like it is. and
you better shape up. the rest of the conference was so inspiring and
just what i needed.
Sunday night we taught this family the stop smoking workshop and about
the temple. we showed this video that had all kinds of temple
pictures, to music. it was really spiritual and the lady thats working
to going to the temple was crying and supper pumped to go. really good
lesson.
so thats kind of it for this week. i love you so much and keep up the
good work. good luck on your test Lauren and make sure to pray. the
lord knows more than you do about anatomy. wink!
mom and dad your the best parents a guy could ask for. thanks for all
you do for me and i will talk to you latter all right.

Bathroom fun :(
HI people back home. (home is were the heart is) so this week has been great. i guess i will answer your questions first. i didn't find my memory card. i prayed and asked the lord if i would find it and he told me sorry. its ok i guess. i lost alot of pictures. but they were all from this last two transfers. most of them were just silly pictures anyways. im going to send home alot of pictures this week and my memory card. and a tape so just be expecting that in the mail. my stomach is alright. there are some times when it sucks on ice but most of the time its ok. ok this is kind of a funny story/ a really terrible story. so we had Mexican food for dinner (that was my first mistake) and i was feeling fine until i started biking. when i got about half way to the destination. about a mile away. i was like o no here it comes there is not stopping this bad boy. so i told elder dalia and he was like were not turning around. so we just kept going. it went away for a little and i thought i was going to be ok. then we got to the members house. there less active and we have been helping them come to church for about a month now. not to mention they have two beautiful daughters, of god. so we got there and started talking the mom was not home so we just talked to the girls on the front porch. then it hit me like a ton of bricks. i asked to use the bathroom and they said yes. so i went in there and this bathroom was small like 3 feet wide and five feet long. and there was no fan no smelly spray no nothing! but there was no turning back at this point. i was in there for about fifteen minutes and i was looking for something to make it smell better. all they had was like rubbing alcohol. so i opened it up and pored a little in the sink and a little bit in the toilet to just try to curb this horrific smell. i got out of there and there like what took you so long? i just said don't worry about it. then we rode home. that was my second time pooping at a members house and both times it sucked. But the rest of the week was good. we got a new elder in the house his name is elder jones. he is a really good guy he has only been out for a month. so we can still call him greeny. for some reason i could see lauren marrying a guy like that. he came on wednesday, and we had elder otuafi with us because everybody else went to transfers. so we decided to deep clean the apartment to make the greeny thing that we have a clean house. and that we clean up after ourselves. it works like a charm he has kept the house clean for a whole week. elder otuafi got a new companion and he is all ready going to kill him. elder otuafi is the most humble loving kind guy that you will ever meet, but just make sure to not push him over the edge because then he will be the biggest scariest most likely to rip off your head kind of guy. i don't think they will last the whole transfer. so on Thursday we had dinner with this family that lives out in the boonies. and there allergic to everything, gluten, sugar, happiness. and they fed us witches brew it was hands down the most stomach turning food Ive had on the mission. ( i even ate boiled cow stomach soup called munudo and it was worse than that) i was great full that they fed us and there a really cool family but i just couldn't handle the food. i ate it with a smile on my face but lets just say that i probable have some kind of worm in me now. the work is going really good we found six new people this week. and a lot of them were unplanned finding. like we just stopped people on the street while we were biking. and they wanted to be taught. like one it was about 9 pm and we were biking home and there was this girl that was walking down the street. we thought it was one of our investigators (in the dark it really did look like her) so were like hi, were are you going. she kind of freaked out, were lucky she didnt have bear mace. she jumped back and was like o sorry am i in your way. we kind of felt bad after but she became a new investigator. the lord works in mysterious ways. (mysterious not dumb, name that movie) one last thing happened this week. elder dalia convinced president Taylor to let us go to a football game. it was a collage game and it was free family day. a bunch of the team members are less active members and were teaching them, so pres had us make a deal with them, we will come to your game if you come to church. it was crazy i have never seen that happen on a mission. and only heard about one other case were President Taylor approved such a thing. and it worked we had like the whole foot ball team there. but yea this week has been great i hope you guys have the best week of your life. keep going to the temple and keep reading your scrips! your the best Love Elder Clements
